Mission
Dedicated to serving Atlanta’s pets by supporting the transportation needs of the people who care for them, ATL Pet Transport offers fee-waived services to Atlanta’s under-resourced pet owners.
Goals
ATL Pet Transport is a non-profit corporation organized with the goal of bringing pet transportation and other pet resources to communities whose interests are most frequently underserved—the elderly, the disabled, military veterans, and those experiencing financial hardship.
Beyond transporting pets, ATL Pet Transport plans to help under-resourced pet owners in the following important ways:

Acting as the vital missing link between pet owners and lower-cost veterinary services that are not available in their immediate areas

Offering free dog washing as part of the transportation package

Coordinating delivery of pet food through partnerships with local pet food banks and grants

Expansion of the organization to include additional vehicles and drivers and to extend our reach to help more people and their pets

History
ATL Pet Limo, LLC was formed as a for-profit company in 2017 to meet Metro Atlanta’s pet transportation needs. When its CEO became aware of how many pet owners in Atlanta have special needs, he organized ATL Pet Transport in 2018 as a non-profit corporation to bring pet transportation and other pet resources to the communities whose interests are most frequently underserved—the elderly, those with physical and mental disabilities, military veterans, and those on fixed incomes and experiencing financial hardship.
